1 1/4 C honey graham cracker crumbs
1/3 C melted butter
1/4 C sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 C Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1/3 C lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: mix together crumbs and sugar. Add melted butter and
mix well until dry ingredients are moistened. Place in pie plate
and form. Chill for 1 hour or bake for 7-10 minutes then let cool.
Filling: blend milk and cream cheese. Mix in lemon juice and
vanilla. Put filling in crust and let chill for 2-3 hours. Add
strawberries or other topping and chill for 1 hour longer.

Very easy to double. Double all ingredients and use a 9x13 pan.
