1 Ready Made Graham Cracker Pie Crust
2 Eggs, Separated
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1 T. Flour
1/8 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Pkg. (8 oz) Cream Cheese
1 C. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Beat the egg yolks with an electric beater until they are thick and pale.
Add the sour cream, flour, salt, 3/4 cup of the sugar, and the vanilla and beat until well blended.
Add the cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until they are foamy. Then gradually beat in remaining 1/4 cup of sugar, beating until the whites are stiff and shiny.
Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Place in pie crust and smooth out evenly.
Bake 45 min to 1 hour, cool, then refrigerate.
