6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1/2 cup diced jalapeno rings**
1 tsp jalapeno juice
salt and pepper to taste

**Do not use fresh jalepeno unless you want to be creative :)

Slice eggs in half, placing yokes in seperate dish. Mix yokes with mayo (more if desired) mustard, jalapenos, juice, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into halved eggs and chill until ready to serve
