2 skinless boneless chicken breast
1 cup fat free or low fat ranch dressing
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil spray
Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375F. Smother chicken in ranch dressing (coating entire piece). Then coat in bread crumbs. Bake in oven for approximately 45minutes.
