2 cans minced clams (drained)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
1 clove minced garlic
1/8 cup olive oil
tarter sauce or lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat pan with olive oil over med-high heat. In mixing bowl, mix clams, bread crumbs, egg and garlic. Make mixture into individual patties (small, flat ones are better). Brown both sides (about 3 minutes each side)

You can also subsitute the clams for canned salmon. Add diced green onions and make salmon burgers
