1/2 lb thinly sliced steak (Sirloin is a good choice)
2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat skillit/fry pan with olive oil. Beat eggs with garlic. Put bread crumbs in seperate bowl. Take sliced beef, coat in egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs. Place steak flat in hot oil to brown on each side. Once finished place on plate with napkin (soaking up excess oil). When ready to serve squeeze slice of lemon on each piece of meat.
