2 lbs. flank steak
1/2 c. water (if needed)

MARINADE:
1/2 c. soy sauce,
2 tbsp. vinegar,
1 tbsp. sesame seed oil,
1 large clove garlic,
2 green onions, finely chopped,
2 tbsp.brown sugar,
dash of Accent,
1/2 tsp.prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in marinade then.
Marinate steak 2 hours in container with lid. Add water if marinating longer. Cut meat in strips and put on skewers. Barbeque over grill.
