2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt


6 T. flour
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
12 oz. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Mix crust ingredients together. Save 1 c. of mixture and set aside. Pour remaining mixture into 9x13 pan and pack firmly. Bake for 10 minutes. While crust is baking mix 6 T. flour with 1 jar caramel ice cream topping. When done baking, pour caramel mixture over crust, sprinkle with 12 oz. package chocolate chips and the 1 c. of reserved mixture. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
