2 c. sugar,
2 c. flour,
2 tsp. baking soda,
2 eggs,
1 tsp. vanilla,
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, DO NOT DRAIN

Icing.

1 stick margarine
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients together and pour into a 13 X 9 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Mix icing ingredients together and put on cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.

This is soooooo simple--although it might be a little more appealing if the name were changed. Great for Easter dinner or any special occasion.
