6 to 8 slices (enough to cover a 9X12 pan) of any kind of bread, torn into pieces,
9 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup milk,
1/2 cup sour cream,
1 cup cheddar cheese,
1/2 cup Swiss cheese (or cheese of your choice)
1 roll of Jimmy Dean (or your choice) fried sausage
pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
The night before, cover the bottom of a 9x12 pan with torn bread, layer cooked sausage on top of bread, beat eggs, milk, and sour cream, salt and pepper together and pour over top. Add cheese cover pan and place in refrigerator. Next morning preheat oven to 350. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. This can also be made with egg and meat alternatives and with vegetables. NOTE: BACON DOES NOT WORK WELL.

This is great for Christmas morning, all you have to do is pop it in the oven, and it's ready when you want it. A fruit salad is great to serve with it.
