1 cup chopped cooked turkey
1 cup broccoli spears
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 T all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp each cayenne pepper and nutmeg
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/4 cups milk
1 T Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Arrange turkey and broccoli in unbaked pie shell.
2. Toss cheese with flour, salt, cayenne and nutmeg. Sprinkle over turkey and broccoli.
3. Combine eggs and milk. Pour over filling. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
