Mint Brownies Recipe

1c. sugar
4 eggs
1-16oz Hershey Chocolate syrup
1 stick margarine
1c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine, and eggs one at a time blending after each. Add syrup and flour. mix well. bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes in a 11x15 jelly roll pan. Make sure pan is greased well. Cool.

FILLING:
Mix 1 stick margarine and 4c. powdered sugar. Add 2Tbsp. cream de menthe. Spread over cooled bars. Put in fridge for at least 20 minutes.

FROSTING:
Melt 1 stick margarine and 6-8oz chocolate chips. Spread on cooled bars while frosting is still warm. Freeze well.
