1 large can crushed pineapple drained (save juice)
1 package miniature marshmallow (10 1/2 ounce)
2- 3 ounce packages lemon jello
1/3 cup mayonnaise
8 ounce cool whip
cheddar cheese (1 1/2 to 2 cups)
Add water to juice to make 3 3/4 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Bring liquid to a boil, add marshmallows stir until dissolved. Remove from stove and add jello. Add pineapple, mix well, pour into a 9x13x2 dish. Put in refrigerator to set. When set, mix mayonnaise and cool whip, spread on jello, sprinkle with cheese chill until ready to serve.
