1 c Margarine
1/2-1/4 Brown Sugar
2-1 Flour
2-1 egg yolk
Pinch salt
Coconut
2 egg white
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar add egg yolks well beaten and blend in flour and salt.
Roll into small balls and dip into slightly beaten egg white. Roll each in coconut. Arrange on cookie sheet and press down in centre of each. Bake in moderate oven for 15-20 minutes. Fill centre top with dot of jelly while warm.
