1 whole chicken shredded
2 cups monteray jack cheese
18 blue corn tortillas (or yellow)
1 large onion chopped
8 oz sour cream
20 oz green chili
1 can cream of chicken
10 oz frozen chopped spinich thawed

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender mix the sour cream, green chili, cream of chicken, spinich and chicken broth. Spray the bottem of a 13x9 baking dish. Layer the tortillas, chicken, onion and cheese in that order. Do 2 or 3 layers. Pour sauce over top and the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 for around 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
