2 lbs pork loin cut into pieces
4 cans hominy drained
4 dried red chilis
1 tbsp cumin
4 cans chicken broth
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork in a little oil until brown. Soak red chilis in water until soft. Put soaking chilis in blender with the water and blend well. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook at least 6 hours on low.
