1/2 C. Butter
1 C. Boiling Water
1 C. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in water. Add flour and salt. Stir well. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture forms ball that doesn't seperate. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until mixture is smooth. Drop from teaspoon 2" apart, onto greased baking sheet. Bake in hot oven (450) 15 minutes, then in slow oven (325) for 25 minutes. Remove with spatula, and cool on rack. When cool, cut side of each puff and fill. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
