3 Egg Yolks (beaten)
1/2 C. Sugar
2 C. Light Cream
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
3 Egg Whites (stiffly-beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, sugar and cream. Add salt, nutmeg and vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Pour into individual pastry lined pie pans. Bake in hot oven (450) for 10 minutes, then in moderate oven (325) until firm, about 25 minutes. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with sugar. Makes 6 little pies.
