Ingredients:  
1 c. scallions, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 tbsp. dark rum
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 garlic cloves, crushed
4 (9 oz.) pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything into blender and process until smooth. Pour mixture into large plastic bag with pork chops. Shake up everything and put into refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours. Place chops in broiler pan and broil 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes. Can also use grill.
