1 pkg. (10oz.) frozen chopped broccoli (thawed, drained and patted dry)
2 c. (8oz.) shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (6oz.) reduced sodium stuffing mix
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
dash pepper
1 c. fat free milk
1 c. reduced sodium chicken broth
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, stuffing mix, onion , egg, nutmeg and pepper. Mix well. Gradually stir in milk and broth. Bake in 2 qt. baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle with bacon.
