1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. butter
1 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
3 T. pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except butter and crumbs. Melt butter and mix with creacker crumbs. Spread over top. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

1 recipe fits in a 8x8, tripling the recipe fits in a 9x13.
