"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
This recipe for Grilled meatball and Pineapple kebobs, by Katherine Netzel, is from The Culling Family Cookbook ,

families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
32 precooked lean meatballs 32 1" chunks fresh pineapple 16 1" chunks red bell pepper 16 1" chunks green bell pepper 8 12" skewers. (I use the wooden ones, just remember to soak them first)
Preheat grill. Thread skewers with ingredients, alternating items. Spray grill rack with cooking spray or brush lightly with oil. Grill skewers for 12 - 15 minutes, turning and basting generously with sauce every 2 min.
4 (makes 8 skewers)
This sauce recipe is wonderful on chicken or pork too.
