Sauce:
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
5 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tsp liquid honey
1 tsp toasted sesame oil

32 precooked lean meatballs
32 1" chunks fresh pineapple
16 1" chunks red bell pepper
16 1" chunks green bell pepper
8 12" skewers. (I use the wooden ones, just remember to soak them first)

Preheat grill. Thread skewers with ingredients, alternating items. Spray grill rack with cooking spray or brush lightly with oil. Grill skewers for 12 - 15 minutes, turning and basting generously with sauce every 2 min.
