1 box lemon cake mix
2 3oz pk lemon gelatin mix
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 c. milk
1 3.4oz instant vanilla pudding
1 8oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350.
Make cake as directed on box. Bake in a 9x13 greased pan. After cake is baked, poke holes all over it. Set aside

Mix 1 box lemon gelatin with 1 c. boiling hot water. Stir 1 minute. Add 1 c. cold water and stir. Measure out 1 1/4 c. gelatin. Pour over cake. Chill in fridge until needed.

Icing: In large bowl, add milk, vanilla pudding and remaining pkg. of lemon gelatin. Beat on low until mixture is smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
