4 c. cornbread 4 c. white bread 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. oil 2 eggs beaten 3 cups cubed chicken 2 tsp. poultry seasoning 2 c. milk chicken broth
Cook onion and celery in oil and butter until tender. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl unitl consistency of soup. Pour in baking dish and bake at 350 for one hour our until set and browned on top.
