12 MED.SIZED NEW POTATOES
1 1/2 STICKS BUTTER, MELTED
1 PKG. DRY ONION SOUP MIX
GARLIC POWDER
PARMESAN CHEESE

Directions:
SCRUB POTATOES - DO NOT PEEL. CUT EACH POTATO IN HALF. PUT HALF OF MELTED BUTTER IN A 13X9 GLASS DISH AND PLACE EACH POTATO FLAT SIDE DOWN TO COAT WELL. DRIZZLE REST OF BUTTER OVER POTATOES. SPRINKLE WITH ONION SOUP MIX, GARLIC POWDER AND PARMESAN CHEES. BAKE AT 325 FOR 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR. (TEST FOR TENDERNESS) LET THE POTATOES SET FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
