1 lb. pork tenderloin sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. Marsala wine
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 lb. fresh mushroom caps
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten 4 pieces of pork to 1/4 inch. Heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add pork. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove and keep warm. Saute garlic in drippings. Add wines and tomato paste, stirring until blended. Add mushroom caps and simmer 3-5 minutes. Return pork to skillet, sprinkle with parsley and serve over rice or noodles.
