4 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar
1 C. Shortening
3 Eggs
2 C. Buttermilk (dissolved with 2 tsp. baking soda)
6 heaping tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar & shortening to make fine crumbs. Put a handful aside, if you want a crumb topping. Then add eggs, buttermilk & baking soda, cinnamon and molasses. Pour in pan & put crumbs on top. Use large pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
