5 level cups flour
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups shortening
1 egg, beaten in 1 cup measuring cup - add water to fill cup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix with fork. Roll out to make crust. Makes 4 crusts.
