3 cups chopped chicken 1 pkg Uncle Ben's Wild Rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 medium jar diced pimentos 1 can French cut green beans, drained 1/2 cup mayo 1 can water chestnuts, drained salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Cook rice as directed on package. Combine all ingredients. Bake for 45 minutes.
