1 head of lettuce, shredded
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 ld. cheddar cheese, grated
2 can kidney beans, drained
1 large package tortilla chips, crushed

3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups salad oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
taco sauce, to taste

Combine dressing ingredients in blender. Mix all salad ingredients except tortilla chips. Just before serving, toss with dressing and chips.
