2 lg cans pineapple chunks in it's own juice 1 c sugar 5 tbsp flour 1 1/2 c grated sharp cheese 1 1/2 c crushed cheese it crackers 1 stick melted butter
Pour pineapple and juice into a 2 qt baking dish. Mix sugar and flour together and pour over pineapple. Top with grated cheese. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and pour melted butter over all. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees
This is a must-have at family gatherings. Trust me, it's wonderful!
