1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg slightly beaten
salt and pepper
1/2 c. fresh, fine bread crumbs
1 small grated onion
1 T. parsley
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and shape into 1 inch balls. Brown balls in oleo in a skillet. In a crock pot or sauce pan heat 1 bottle chili sauce, 6 T. grape jelly and 1/3 c. Swedish lingonberries until simmering. Add in meatballs and cook until serving time. May cook several hours on low heat.

The addition of lingonberries came from Door County, Wisconsin where a Swedish restaurant served their meat balls this way.
