1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 T. oleo
5 T. lemon juice
3 egg whites beaten stiff
grated peel of 1 lemon
3 well beaten egg yolks
1 1/2 c. scalded milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, salt and butter. Add juice and peel. Add to combine egg yolks and milk and mix well. Fold in whites and pour into greased custard cups. Bake in a pan of hot water in an oven 325 F for 45 minutes.
