2 to 3 c cooked cubed chicken
1 c chopped celery
1 c mayonaise
1 tsp curry powder
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 pound green grapes
4 oz can chopped water chestnuts, drained
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayo, curry, soy sauce, lemon juice, and salt. Mix together chicken, celery. Cut grapes in half and fold into chicken mixture. Pour curry dressing into chicken grape mixture and lightly toss to mix all ingredients. Chill
