2 c Whole wheat flour
2/3 c Crisco shortening
3/4 c Milk
3 tbsp Brown sugar
1 pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar, salt and flour
Cut shortening into flour mixture. Pour in milk stirring well. Pat into a flat, round 1/2 inch thick pancake. Bake on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 400 degrees
