Ingredients:  
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
1 (16 oz.) pkg coleslaw mix
6-8 green onions to taste
8 tbsp. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 bag of chinese noodles

Dressing:
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the spinach, coleslaw mix, and green onions. Brown the almonds and sesame seeds in butter. Let cool and add to salad. Combine all ingredients for the dressing and stir/shake well.
NOTE: I have found that if you keep the noodles and dressing separate and only put them on when you serve it, the salad lasts much longer.
