1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. rice
1 small onion grated
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. mint leaves
1 egg
1 jar grape leaves
2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the rice, onion, parsley, mint, and the egg (slightly beaten). Salt and pepper to taste. Add the hamburger and mix well. Upon the center of each grape leaf place a teaspoon of the mixture. Fold the sides of the leaf in and roll up. Place each stuffed grape leaf side by side in a pot. Add the water and the butter. Cover the leaves with a plate that fits snugly inside the pot. Cover the pot and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove from heat.
