1/2 c. ketchup
11/4 c. thick tomato sauce canned
1 large egg
2 lbs ground round
1 cup Pepperidge Farm Spiced Stuffing Mix
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. chopped green peppers
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except meat and stuffing and mix well. Add meat and stuffing and mix well. Shape into one large or two small loaves. Place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush ketchup on top and bake for 1 hour. Brush with more ketchup and bake for another 20 minutes or until done. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
