Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies Recipe

⅔ cub sugar
1 cup butter
½ tsp almond extract
2 cups flour
Smuckers Raspberry Preserves

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tsp water
½ tsp almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine sugar, butter and extract. Add flour and mix 1-2 minutes. Roll into 1-inch balls. Make a thumbprint. Add ¼ teaspoon preserves into thumbprint. Bake 14-18 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Drizzle with glaze when cooled.
