"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

2 eggs
1/2 package yeast
1 cup oil

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Mix all cookie ingredients together until soft cookie dough forms. Split dough into 2. To 1 piece, add cocoa to make chocolate/brown dough.

Mix filling ingredients. Take equal amounts of each dough (about 1 inch piece) and place on grater with a small amount overlapping. In center of cookie, add tsp of filling mix. Roll cookie into oval shape so top has both yellow and brown dough showing. Repeat until dough is gone.

Bake at 350 F until done. Let cool completely.

While cookies cool, make syrup by boiling ingredients for 10 minutes. Pour over cookies and turn occasionally to soak up the syrup.
