1-2 boxes chicken broth
1 whole chicken
2-3 celery stalks, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
frozen dumplings
parsley flakes
milk
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put the chicken in a large stock pot and cover with broth. Bring to a boil and cook until done. Remove the chicken and let cool. Tear chicken from the bone and reserve for later. Add parsley to the broth and then begin adding dumplings. Once dumplings are cooked to the desired consistency, add all the chicken pieces back to the pot. Can then add a little milk, some butter, and some seasonings.
