,basil and pepper2 packages (3ounces each) cream cheese softened
3 TBL mayo
1 TBL lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can (7-1/2 ounces) salmon,draines boned and skin removed
2 green olives ( thinnly sliced)
crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayo and lemmon juice. Add the salt, curry powder
basil and pepper; mix well. Gently stir in salmon and onions. Cover and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
