1/2c shortening
1/2c butter
1c sugar
2 eggs
1c mashed bananas (about 2)
1/2c evaporated milk
1Tbsp vinegar
1tsp vanilla
3c flour
1 1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
1c walnuts
1c chochips

Icing:
2 1/2c powdered sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1/4c evaporated milk
1/4 tsp vanilla

Mix together:
1/2c shortening
1/2c butter
1c sugar
2 eggs
1c mashed bananas (about 2)
1/2c evaporated milk
1Tbsp vinegar
1tsp vanilla

Add in:
3c flour
1 1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt

Stir in walnuts. Then chill for 1hr.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake 375ºF for 15min.

While baking make icing and drizzle over once cookies done baking. Serves 4 dozen Prep 1 1/2 hours
