stick - margarine
8 oz. - cream cheese
1 c. - powdered sugar
3 c. - milk
2 small pkg. - French vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. - Cool Whip
1 pkg. - Oreo cookies OR 1 box - cookie crumbs, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together & set aside the first 3 ingredients. Mix the next 3 ingredients well. Then add to cream mixture. Crush the Oreos.

Start with a of layer cookie crumbs in a 9 x 13 pan. Add a layer of cream filling. Alternate layers of filling & crumbs until gone. End with cookie crumbs on the top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Yummy!
