½ cup peanut butter
½ cup softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp water
1 c. honey

1 ¼ cups flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
2 cups oatmeal
1 c. cashews (6 oz)or any favorite nut
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 cup raisins
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the first 6 ingredients. Sift the dry ingredients and add, mixing well. By hand, stir in the oatmeal, nuts, chocolate chips, raisins, and coconut.
With tablespoon, drop onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Do not overbake.
