bottom layer-1/2 unsalted european style butter,1/4 cup sugar,5Tbsp cocoa,1 egg(beaten), 1 3/4 cup graham wafer crumbs,1/2 cup finely chopped almonds,1 cup shredded coconut.middle layer-1/2 cup unsalted butter,2Tbsp and 2 tsp of cream,2 Tbsp of vanilla custard powder,2 cups icing sugar.top layer-4oz of semi-sweet chocolate,2Tbsp of unsalted butter.

bottom layer- melt first 3 ingredients in double boiler,add egg and stir to cook and thicken, remove from heat stir in g crumbs,coconut,and nuts, press firmly into ungreased 8 by 8 pan.middle layer-cream butter,cream,custard powder and icing sugar together well,beat until light with electric mixer and then spread over bottom layer.top layer-melt chocolate and butter over low heat,when cooled but still liguid pour over middle layer and chill.
