300gr baking chocolate,1 litre whipping cream,12 eggs seperated, 210mls white sugar, 2oz hennesy cognac,120mls coffee,

Directions:
add coffee,sugar,cognac and melted chocolate to egg yolks and whisk. fold in whipped cream then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. pour into small serving bowls and chill. garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings and mint leaf .
