CREAM:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
SIFT AND ADD:
1 tap soda
STIR IN:
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pat firmily in greased small cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.

Frost immediatley with 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 11/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, dash of salt, 21/2 tbsp. milk. Cut into small squares after cooling. (Jenny & Kenny love these)
