3 1/2 cups unbleached flour,2 cups whole wheat flour,1 cup rye flour,2 cups bulger(cracked wheat),1 cup cornmeal,1/2 cup instant non-fat dry milk powder,4 tsp saly,1 envelope of active dry yeast,1/4 cup water, 3 cups chicken broth, 1 egg,slightly beaten with 1 tsp milk.

preheat oven to 300,mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl.dissolve yeast thoroughly in warm water in measuring cup, add to dry ingredients with the chicken broth stir until dough forms. roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thick, cut out bone shapes using a large dog biscuit for a mold. place on cookie sheets and brush with egg glaze. bake for 45 min. turn off oven and leave overnight for them to harden.
