2 C sugar
1 C oil
3 eggs
2 C shredded zuchini
3 tsp vanilla
3 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 C nuts
1 C raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Put all wet ingredients in bowl and beat well. Put all dry ingredients in another bowl and mix well. Add nuts and raisins. Blend flour mixture and wet ingredients. Grease two loaf pans and divide dough in pans. Bake 1 hour at 325.

You can make smaller loaves and cook them for about 30 minutes at 350.
